I have had an increasingly stiff back, between the age of 50 and now at 60.

I finally decided to tackle it, and now regularly stretch my back over two pillows, twice a week.

It feels relieving.

I feel less strain is needed to keep my back straight, when I go for a walk.

After a couple of months I even managed to sleep for a while on my back.

I move the pillows to different places on my back, as different parts of the back need stretching.

I am amazed, at the continuation, seemingly, of improvement,

after over 3 months.

Still feels clicky.

Still feels it needs to be done regularly, and now do it, as much as 5 times a week.

Will keep you informed about how it is going...

I try to do press ups about twice a week, trying to bend my back, like this Cat.

I also reach up with one hand on a tree, then I push and pull myself 49 times.

In January of 2021, I built a wooden bed, without a head board.

I can with enough Pillows, hang over the end of the bed, helping to make my back more bendy.

That year I learned how old people lose muscle, and that the effort to slow the loss can help old people to not fall over as much.

I have also found that cleaning my clothes in bath in a plastic tub,

seems a good exercise.

While spending a fair part of a day with my laptop,

I lean back over some pillows on my wooden bed.

I am thinking of doing some lifting of weights,

as I have noticed that weight lifters have better backs.
